From the introduction: The purpose of this book is to showcase the various products made by the Taylor, Smith & Taylor Company from its beginnings in 1899, when it was known as Taylor, Lee & Smith, on into the Anchor Hocking years of the 1970s. During their eighty-two year run, the management, designers, and decorators came up with dozens of unique shapes and hundreds of patterns that separated them from the competition.
