Unlike most of the shapes in the Lu-Ray line, the teacup was not taken from Empire. Both the regular and demitasse cups were designed for Lu-Ray. Once in a while, Lu-Ray shape cups can be found in decal decorated Empire sets. Below are a few of these decaled cups.
When marked “Lu-Ray”, decaled cups can bring in several more times their normal value. |
