The 7” plate shown is a piece of restaurant ware.
There are codes written under the glaze - BC 1121, DISH 8 EMP
and at the bottom: 11/24/86. There is no backstamp and it could
have come from one of several makers of restaurant ware. It also
has three sagger pin marks. This is more than likely HLC.
