From the late 30s to the late 50s, Homer Laughlin made several different specialty bowls.

Shown is the most common shape used for these
bowls: the Swirl shape. This can be found with different
large foral decal treatments and, so far, has appeared
with blue, green and gold wash trims. The majority of
Swirl shape bowls were made in the 1950s.
