In the 1920s and 30s, Homer Laughlin produced several childs sets.
Shown here is a Tom Thumb set consisting of a mug, bowl and plate -- all generic HLC shapes.

There are several different Tom Thumb treatments. Most of the time Tom is shown with a small animal and pieces are trimmed in green.
