| There's some controversy among collectors as to who designed
this line. Most dinnerware lines in the 50s which were designed by Seibel,
Wright and Zeisel have the designer's name within the backstamp. Both Carrara
Modern and Interplay lack names and collectors are divided on whether or
not either line is the work of Ben Seibel. Some even claim that Interplay
was a joint effort by Seibel and Russel Wright. |
