Virginia Rose and Marigold didn't have lug soups in their assortments. Instead, lug soups were picked up from other shapes. Below are two examples of pick up pieces. To the left is a Century shape lug soup with the Springtime treatment used mostly on Marigold and to a lesser degeree on Virginia Rose. To the right is a pair of Coronet shape lug soups with silver stamps mimicking the Virginia Rose embossings. These were probably used with a silver trim VR line called Patrician.
